About us

VPA Connect operates an online platform (Platform) designed to assist real estate agencies (Agency) and Agency staff in the efficient development and implementation of ‘Marketing Plans’ for properties they have been engaged to sell by the owners of those properties (each property owner being a Seller). In addition to outlining how a property may be marketed or promoted for sale, a Marketing Plan may include details as to services to be provided by suppliers (Supplier) in connection with the campaign and the budget for the provision of each such service.

The Platform, while it is accessible via and forms a part of this website, can only be accessed and used by people in whose name VPA Connect has opened an account (Account) and agreed to allow them to access and use the Platform. Only Suppliers and Agencies (and Agency staff) are eligible to open an Account.

Whether or not VPA Connect opens an Account in a person’s name is at its discretion and is conditional on the person agreeing to be bound by the ‘Terms of Use’ of the Platform (vpaconnect.com.au/legal/platform-terms-of-use.pdf). The Terms of Use apply to the use of the Platform and not these Terms.

Privacy

We collect hold, use and disclose various kinds of personal information in carrying on our business, including in our operation of this website, but only personal information that is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, one of more of our functions or activities. We respect your privacy and we are committed to safeguarding and managing your personal information responsibly.
